A- Desing.

This includes providing innovative engineering consultations and solutions for all types of buildings and various engineering disciplines, including executive plans, workshop plans, and all technical office tasks.

B- Implementing construction projects.

This means implementing all types of buildings, including various engineering design systems (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, low-voltage, interior design, and site planning).

C- Finishing and fit-out work.

This process begins with receiving the building's grey shell and continues until it is delivered ready for use. We provide this activity with the highest level of quality, while coordinating various design systems.

D- Maintenance and Operation.

All work related to the management, operation, cleaning, and maintenance of buildings, including engineering-related work such as modification, restoration, upgrading, and rehabilitation.

E- Elevator Maintenance.

Part of the maintenance activity, but as an independent department, it includes supply, installation, and maintenance. Maintenance is provided through permanent contracts tailored to the needs, including preventive and periodic maintenance. It also includes updating and upgrading existing elevators.

F- Prefabricated and modular buildings.
